Charlotte Fogh Gallery is proud to present this year’s winter show where the gallery is showing new works by artists represented by the gallery combined with artists invited to contribute to this year’s winter show. The exhibition shows works by Martin Bigum, Katja Bjørn, Kaspar Bonnén, Lene Desmentik, Rose Eken, HuskMitNavn, Eske Kath, Ida Kvetny, Martha Kramær, Julie Nord, Louis Reith (NL), Maria Wæhrens, Kathrine Ærtebjerg and more.

The group show features painting, sculpture, watercolour, photography, installation, collage and embroidery on paper – all in variable sizes. The works of the show are installed with inspiration from the classic salon-style where paintings are installed side-by-side dating back to 17th century France. This installment in the gallery creates a potpourri of different mediums and materials as well as figurative and abstract expressions. The winter show thereby become a deliberate clash of genres and expressions revealing the variety of exhibited artists’ works but also their possible connections.

For the exhibition the exhibited artists have described their specific work present at the winter show with their own words. Extracts of the artists’ statements will be unfolded during the exhibition via Charlotte Fogh Gallery’s social media.
